Terms & Conditions
- Package requires a minimum booking of 3 Deluxe Twin Rooms (6 guests) for a stay of 1 night.
- Group rate is applicable only when all rooms are booked under a single reservation/group booking.
- Advance booking of at least 3 days is required to coordinate room allocation and group breakfast arrangements.
- Rooms will be held together or as close as possible, subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Group breakfast timing will be coordinated with the group leader/primary contact.
- Pool access is subject to hotel operating hours and capacity guidelines.
- Late checkout (until 2 PM) is subject to hotel occupancy and availability on the day of departure.
- Package rate may vary during peak season, festivals, and public holidays; blackout dates may apply.
- A single point of contact must be designated for the group for booking, payment, and communication purposes.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival may be subject to a group cancellation charge.
- Partial cancellations (reducing room count below the 3-room minimum) may result in the group rate being revised to standard rate.
- Package is non-combinable with other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Hotel reserves the right to modify inclusions or substitute equivalent services in case of unavailability.
- Rate is quoted in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) and is exclusive/inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charge (confirm which applies).
- Full payment or a deposit (as per hotel policy) may be required at the time of group booking confirmation.
