Terms & Conditions
- Package rate is based on the Deluxe Suite and valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Rate is applicable per couple (2 adults) and is subject to room availability.
- Advance booking of at least 3 days is required to arrange room decoration and dining setup.
- Candlelight dinner and couple's spa session must be availed during the stay; they are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Room decoration is subject to design availability at the time of booking.
- Late checkout (until 2 PM) is subject to hotel occupancy and availability on the day of departure.
- Package rate may vary during peak season, festivals, and public holidays; blackout dates may apply.
- A valid marriage certificate or proof of anniversary/occasion may be requested at check-in for verification (if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to a cancellation charge.
- Package is non-combinable with other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Hotel reserves the right to modify inclusions or substitute equivalent services in case of unavailability.
- Standard hotel check-in (2 PM) and check-out (12 PM) policies apply unless late checkout is confirmed.
- Rate is quoted in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) and is exclusive/inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charge (confirm which applies).
- Foreign guests may pay in USD or NPR equivalent as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of transaction.
