Before you set off, settle into our Deluxe Double Room for a good night's rest — early breakfast is arranged so you can hit the trail on time, and we'll safely store any extra luggage you don't need to carry with you.
When you're back, the real comfort begins. A hot shower, a sauna session to ease sore muscles, and same-day laundry service for your trekking gear mean you can shed the dust of the trail and actually relax before heading home or continuing your trip.
Whether you're heading out to Poon Hill, Australian Camp, or the Annapurna Circuit, this package is built around one simple idea: the trek is the adventure, the stay should be the recovery.
Package Includes:
- 1 night pre-trek + 1 night post-trek in a Deluxe Double Room (323 sq ft, Queen Bed)
- Early breakfast (pre-trek departure)
- Complimentary luggage storage during trek
- Same-day laundry service for trekking gear (post-trek)
- One sauna session (post-trek recovery)
- Late checkout on departure day, subject to availability
Terms & Conditions
- Package includes 1 night before and 1 night after the trek (non-consecutive booking); dates must be specified at time of booking.
- Rate is applicable per room (up to 2 adults) and is subject to room availability on both stay dates.
- Advance booking of at least 3 days is required to arrange early breakfast and laundry scheduling.
- Luggage storage is complimentary for the duration of the trek but is not insured; valuables should be carried by the guest.
- Laundry service covers standard trekking gear (clothing); specialty items (down jackets, technical gear) may incur additional charges.
- Sauna session is to be availed on the post-trek stay date only, subject to operating hours.
- Early breakfast timing will be coordinated with the guest based on planned trek departure time.
- Late checkout (until 2 PM) is subject to hotel occupancy and availability on the day of departure.
- Package rate may vary during peak trekking season (Sept–Nov, Mar–May); blackout dates may apply.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pre-trek arrival date may be subject to a cancellation charge.
- If the post-trek date changes due to trekking delays, the hotel will accommodate rescheduling subject to room availability.
- Package is non-combinable with other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Hotel reserves the right to modify inclusions or substitute equivalent services in case of unavailability.
- Standard hotel check-in (2 PM) and check-out (12 PM) policies apply unless late checkout is confirmed.
- Rate is quoted in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) and is exclusive/inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charge.
